Position Summary

The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner  is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for multiple areas of the business. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to bring top talent into the organization.

Job Requirements



  • Support full life cycle recruiting to include opening job requisitions, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, executing offers, and on-boarding
  • Partners with hiring managers and business leaders to determine staffing needs
  • Tracks candidate flow in applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Posts open positions on applicable job boards and websites
  • Screens and evaluates candidate work history, skills, education, and culture fit
  • Conducts reference checks as needed
  • Performs other duties as needed or required

Required Education

4 year degree preferred
Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking system(s)
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research and cold calling

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education

  • Experience with Supply Chain, Finance, or IT highly preferred
  • Experience with ICIMS
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects to successful completion
