Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A is a key financial support role to the Operations (Rental and Supply Chain) and Commercial teams.  Primary areas of focus include (but are not limited to) KPI reporting, preparing revenue and cost forecasts, preparing inventory forecasts, cost center planning, variance/mix analysis as well as other ad-hoc decision support for company executives.

Job Requirements



  • Supports FP&A and functional leaders on business case analyses to support critical business decisions, inclusive of NPV, ROI and P&L impact(s). Ownership of financial models & KPIs to assess ongoing health of the business.
  • Manages weekly and monthly KPI reporting; monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Interacts with senior management on a regular basis, providing sound analysis of latest trends; revenue, costs, and operational KPIs
  • Provides financial leadership & guidance through strong business partnering skill set. Evaluates business proposals using a data-driven decision methodology & effectively communicates findings to non-finance managers.
  • Develops informative financial reports/analysis through the collection, organization, and validation of data from various sources using spreadsheet and database software; Supports development of a company-wide business intelligence platform.
  • Identifies and communicates material trends or deviations from targets that require management attention/action; Prepares materials used for management review of monthly financial results.
  • Procedural/administrative support of the monthly and annual budget/forecasting process. Monitor ongoing inputs for completeness/accuracy/validity and create various in-process/ad hoc analyses based on management requests.


Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an analytical discipline; proficiency in data manipulation & analysis (4-6 years)
  • Experience partnering with business leaders as well as accounting/finance teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across several functions
  • Self-starter & attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Flexible with responsibilities/tasks
  • Able to succeed and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced growth culture


Preferred Skills, Experience & Education

  • Experience with tools inclusive of SAP BI, MS Power BI
  • SAP ECC/CRM  & quantitative analysis tools
  • MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of medical device industry
